How long does it take to install?
Once basic building works are completed, we can have your Compact Home Lift installed and operational in under 2 working days.
How much power does it use?
Our lifts plug into a standard power point, just like a TV. Going up typically draws six amps - approximately half of what it takes to boil a kettle. Going down uses gravity, so very little power is used.
Where can I place my lift?
Due to our compact size and unique dual rail support system, our lifts can be placed throughout the home - we can even install in some closet spaces. No load-bearing walls required.
Will I need building works?
Unlike conventional lifts, our range only requires the appropriate ceiling aperture to be cut and trimmed by a professional builder - typically a single day's work. We can also recommend registered builders in your area.
How safe are your lifts?
Our lifts feature top and bottom safety pans, automatic door interlocks, emergency battery backup, and a concealed emergency phone connected to our 24-hour service line.
What happens if the power goes out?
Our lifts come standard with battery backup. In a power outage, the lift safely descends to the lowest level so passengers can exit.
How quiet are your lifts?
We use a unique electric motor drive system - no hydraulics, no vacuum systems, no loud mechanical equipment. Visit our Melbourne or Sydney showroom to experience how quiet they are.
What 24/7 emergency support is available?
Every lift includes a concealed emergency phone connected to our 24-hour service line. The phone runs on mains power with a battery that's always charged.
